Our commitment to clinical research for gynecologic cancers

Ovarian, endometrial and cervical cancers are often found late and are under-represented in research. Our studies span earlier and later lines of therapy.

Our research

What are we studying?

Learn more about our areas of research and see whether one of our clinical trials might be right for you.

Ovarian cancer

  • Symptoms are vague and easily attributed to something else, so roughly three quarters of cases are found after the cancer has spread.
  • Most people respond to first-line platinum chemotherapy, but the disease commonly returns, and options narrow each time it does.
  • Our studies concentrate on platinum-resistant disease, where the need is greatest.

Endometrial and cervical cancer

  • Endometrial cancer is the most common gynecologic cancer and its incidence is rising.
  • Cervical cancer is largely preventable through vaccination and screening, yet outcomes remain poor where access to both is limited.
  • We are studying combination regimens in advanced and recurrent disease.
