Reporting a side effect

If it is an emergency

Call 911 or go to an emergency department. Do not wait to reach us first, and never report an urgent problem by email or text.

If you are in one of our studies

Tell your study team first — the site that enrolled you. They are responsible for your care, and they report on to us. Their number is on your study card.

Any other report

Call (719) 701-8266 or email info@westbcs.com. You can also report directly to the FDA through MedWatch on 1-800-FDA-1088.

You can report on behalf of someone else, and you do not need to be sure a medicine caused the problem before telling us.
